Technical Equipment

1) For making blanking die parts with material thickness less than 3mm, the recommended hardness is 58 ~ 62HRC when making convex contact, and 60 ~ 64HRC when making die. 2) It can be used for punching die, when the production volume is less than 100,000 pieces, when the soft material low-carbon steel plate with blank thickness <1mm is punched. It can also be used for bending molds. When the mass fraction of the bent workpiece carbon is 0.65% ~ 0.80% and the hardness is 37 ~ 42HRC, the service life of the bending mold is 60,000 ~ 70,000 pieces. 3) It is suitable for making all kinds of small sample, block gauge and measuring tool with small deformation and good abrasion resistance. 4) It is suitable for making small stamping dies with thickness less than 6mm. 5] can be used for scissors, taps, dies and reamers. 6) The hardness of the steel after quenching and tempering at low temperature is ≤55HRC. It is used for molds with small production quantities and high strength and resistance requirements. 7) Dies, cold press dies, die dies, and plastic dies that are generally required. 8) Light metal die casting molds. 9) For the production of thermosetting plastic molds with a quenching hardness of 46 to 52 HRC. 10) Small cores, punches, cavity plates, inserts, etc. 11) For the overall hardened plastic mold. 12) It is mainly used to make plastic molds with smaller dimensions, more complex shapes and higher precision. 13) Thermosetting plastics molds require high wear-resistance and high strength molds. 14) One-step process with quenched and tempered spheroids is used instead of the traditional process (normalizing + spheroidizing annealing + tempering process) for cold stamping dies, etc. Process time is reduced by 10h, cost is reduced by 50%, and energy is saved.
